Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

I Ship all my orders  Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for or Special Delivery as this service provides me with insurance and a tracking number. Free UK Shipping
International shipping is charged at a flat rate of £10 and I use international signed for. Orders outside the UK may be liable for customs import tax please check your countries regulations as you may be responsible to pay customs charges.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped with any tracking information if you have selected this at checkout. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

Rachel Stowe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Damages 

Rachel Stowe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Royal Mail to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
